Built for defence and
dual-use business
Business development in defence, dual-use and related critical industries depends on trust, discretion and responsible handling of information.
MILYREX is designed around private mandates, controlled disclosure and compliance-aware commercial introductions.
Private by default. Measurable by design.

How we approach compliance
MILYREX assesses each mandate individually and works within a clearly defined commercial role. Our approach is designed to support responsible cross-border introductions while keeping regulatory context, information handling and potential conflicts of interest visible throughout the process.
Mandate assessment and classification
Each mandate is considered individually in its regulatory context before delivery begins. Relevant product or technology classifications, restrictions and handling requirements are documented where applicable and determine whether MILYREX can proceed or whether additional regulatory steps are required.
Sanctions and export control
Mandates are accepted only where applicable sanctions, export-control and other regulatory requirements can be met. MILYREX may decline, pause or limit work where the required compliance conditions are unclear or cannot be satisfied.
B2B commercial focus
MILYREX focuses on commercial counterparties and business-to-business relationships. We do not provide B2G or public-sector procurement representation.
Partner vetting and conflicts
The Partner Network is curated rather than open. Relevant Partners are reviewed before mandate information is shared, and potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed before involvement in a mandate.
Role in the underlying transaction
MILYREX provides commercial introduction services and does not buy, sell, own, store or transport the underlying goods.
Following a Qualified Commercial Introduction, the Client and counterpart continue the underlying commercial discussion directly unless additional support has been separately agreed.
Geographic scope
MILYREX works primarily across NATO and EU member states, together with selected allied and partner markets. Other markets may be considered individually based on the mandate, commercial relevance and applicable regulatory requirements.
How we handle information
1. Define and assess
The commercial objective, target counterpart profile, geography and relevant regulatory context are defined before delivery begins.
2. Source with limited disclosure
MILYREX can research and approach potential counterparties without immediately disclosing the Client’s identity or full commercial context where this is not necessary.
3. Qualify relevance and interest
Potential counterparts are assessed against the mandate, and genuine commercial relevance and interest are established before a direct introduction is completed.
4. Introduce when appropriate
Once relevance and interest have been confirmed and the Client is ready to proceed, MILYREX creates the direct introduction. The parties then continue the commercial conversation directly.
Important Notice
Sensitive, classified, export-controlled or other restricted information should not be submitted through MILYREX website forms or ordinary enquiry channels.
Where a mandate requires handling beyond ordinary commercial information, the appropriate process must be agreed separately and only where lawful and necessary.
